Today's Quilt Project 7/17/2008

Here's a draft of today's project. It is a baby/toddler car seat rag quilt. I made it an extra row longer to accomodate toddlers as well as infants. Fall and winter weather will be here before you know it and this quilt is a great way to keep those little legs warm. It's also a great summer blanket for the a/c in the cars, stores, and even homes when visiting friends and family.

Here are photos of the back. I still have to clip the front and wash/dry the quilt before it's ready for sale.

I did use quilt shop quality fabrics from the Felicity Miller Astro collection. I'll be making the same quilts in blue, yellow, lavendar and teal.

Well, with the help of my dear hubby, I've been a sewing fool and have gotten several quilts done this week. He's cutting more fabric and batting for me as we speak so tonight is a sewing night for me. YEAH!
