We had a great day in the sun, catching fish, watching wildlife and swimming with the fishes. The catch of the day was 8 or 9 fish, I think. Then the boys took a dip in the swimming hole. Afterwards we stopped at Aunt Sue's for ice cream. A new tradition in our house. :-)
I spent most of the day driving the boat since it was super windy on the lake. We had fun though. Lots of geese, bugs, bees and fish. I actually even got to stick my toes in the sand at the swimming hole....ah, it felt so good. The boys ran into a neighbor boy while we were there too, of all places. Well his grandparents are neighbors and he visits several times a week.
All in all, it was a great day!

Family days are the very BEST! Looks like the boys are great fishermen! Glad you had a good time and the pictures are wonderful!
Looks like a wonderful day. We spent a lot of time on the water when our girls were growing up too. Fond memories.
