My Sleepy Scarecrow

My 2nd grader is having Scarecrow day today at school. So we whipped up a quick little scarecrow outfit at 6:30 this a.m. (Yes, I procastinate but being a quilter - I've got plenty of scraps laying around!).

Only thing missing was a straw hat - which we couldn't find anywhere for a week. My neighbor has a nice display in front of her house with bails of hay and pumpkins. We're hoping she'll let us take his picture sitting on there after school today if it's not raining too hard.
